i believe what you say surge. what the mind believes, percieves, and has faith in, it can achieve,

i have just started takin micronized creatine by higher powder and i do notice strength gains. i can do heavier weights, more reps, and more explosively while controlling the weight. like before i could only do 35 lbs incline bench press 8 to 9 times now after 2 weeks only i can do it like 14 times. its crazy.

i also got glutamine which also helped me with my gains in this 2 week period. but i do no for sure that the creatine definately played its role. i even feel that im recovering on my rest days faster ever since i started creatine/

thank you micronized creatine! you made me noticably strong in just 2 weeks!

personally i also do not take the loadin phase. in the beginning since my body ws not used to creatine it used to give me cramps in the kidneys area. ever since i stopped takin loading phase and the results wer just as potent. i also nevaer take it before workin out as it totaly dehydrates you and thus professional bodybuilders advise to use it only after training.

building mass in 40s is not easy but i believe with intense training and proper diet it is possible to gain mass even at an age of 60. its not just in the physical power but ur mind is the dominator to all results. it is ur mind that creates the reality

Some people say that the loading phase is nessicary others say it's not...don't know what to believe...also what really happens if you stop taking it. Can this help build muscle mass in guys in their forties?

I have had a lot of exposure to creatine when I was trying to tone out my body. Primarily, I did this because I wanted to recover quicker from my workouts so I was able to work out more times per week without tiring out. If there was one thing that I really wanted to was recovery quicker. Micronized Creatine is even better because it goes through the body faster. With regular creatine, the recovery rate would be between 1-2 hours. The recovery time w/ micronized creatine would be between 45 minutes - 1 hour maximum. Yeah, in essence this stuff almost cuts the recovery time in half. Now I'm not saying to work out until you drop with this product, but if you did want to get in more than an hour of working out, this is honestly what you should take to enhance and lengthen a person's workout regimen.

Sounds like there might be correlation here. I personally just started using the Higher Power brand. It is also micronized. I will post gains as far as recovery from my sports physical therapy as well as my normal training

yea it sounds good but like normal creatine once stopped u lose energy due 2 the loss of water inside the cells so if this makes it faster do u also find a greater drop once u stop taking it?
