    whats the best method to cycling creatine? I’ve been using it, and have been trying to come up with a new effective way to get the best results. Do you think 2 weeks on 1 week off for a 2 month period will work

    Ive read somewhere that its usually 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off. But I’m on pure Creatine Monohydrate, not sure if its different from others.

    the powder gatorade is great to take with creatine due to the glucose and dextrose ingredients, also ive been doing studies thru many different sources and the average should be a month on creatine including the loading phase and 3 weeks off.
